What to write to us about
A wrong price, rule or fact. Tell us the page, the number or rule, and what you saw instead. A link to the statute, the agency page or the city page is the quickest way to get it checked. If you are right, we fix the page and log the correction on the editorial policy page.
A privacy request. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write from the email address or phone number you used on your request so we can find it. To stop us sharing your details, use the Do Not Sell or Share page.

A problem with a company. We cannot settle it for you, because we are not part of the agreement between you and the company. Your state's licensing office takes complaints about licensed contractors, and your state's attorney general and insurance regulator handle consumer and claim complaints.
